After experiencing first-hand the frustration of setting up a home, I realised many people only needed single items collected or small moves completed. I saw an opportunity to provide a service that was both practical and affordable.

From those beginnings, I've grown North Star to help with everything from residential relocations and furniture pickups to office moves and event logistics. The mission has stayed the same: making moving simpler, easier and more accessible for the people who need it most.

No stair fees. The clock starts when I arrive, not when I leave my place. If you're outside my 30-minute radius from Fitzroy I'll tell you upfront, rather than quietly adding it to the bill at the end.

Most of my work comes from people who've moved with me before, or who were told about me by someone who has. That's the entire business, so I'm not about to cut corners on your move to save myself twenty minutes.
